Beautiful, well made bed. It’s solid. The headboard material is velvety and super soft. Taupe-y in color and a bit on the warmer side, not a true gray. My only complaint is the height of the headboard…I wish it were taller. You can barely see it once the bed is made and pillows are in their places. You have to lay the pillows flat like pictured if you want to be able to see it. Overall, great bed though!! George Oliver has a ton of nice pieces.

Love this bed except for the slatssupport legs that support the mattress. The rest of the frame is nice sturdy quality, but the support legs for the mattressmiddle are very poor quality resulting in a bed that slides along non-carpeted floors allowing for the small support legs to bend and break. Imagine trying to balance your current mattress onto a handful of No. 2 pencils.
This bed frame is perfect for me. I wanted a solid wood frame and this is the one. Love the walnut coloring. The frame is sturdy and solid and pretty easy to put together. It's a little lower than I thought it would be, but i'm used to the height now. I had a much higher bed frame before. The headboard is super soft velvet, it's a nice touch, but could get dirty easily. Overall I love this frame.
