DG Casa Limited Exclusive Warranty Terms
dg casa products carry a limited exclusive warranty pursuant to the terms set forth herein. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase and constitutes the original purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy. Pursuant to this warranty, dg casa warrants that all products sold pursuant to this Agreement shall be free of any defects in parts and workmanship if used under normal operating conditions. This is the only warranty made by dg casa. It is made expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Should any parts or workmanship prove defective, dg casa will, at dg casa’s discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge (parts and labor only) to the original purchaser for the duration of the product's full warranty.
dg casa products are under full warranty for One (1) year from original date of purchase. At all times, dg casa reserves the right to substitute materials with that of a similar quality if the original material is not available. dg casa will not be responsible for any freight charges incurred in repairing or replacing products.
dg casa does not warrant damage due to misuse or neglect. This remedy is the original purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy under the Contract of Sale, and in no event shall consequential damages be recovered by the original purchaser. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer assembly service for the product. There are third party services readily available to assist you with this. DG Casa is not associated with any third party assembly services. If you require an assembly service for your product, we recommend Amazon Home Services and select the appropriate bed frame service (platform bed, storage bed, panel bed, etc.).Before requesting any services, we highly recommend reaching out the service provider to inquire about the service inclusion and fees associated with the service.
Because all of our products are sold as a set, we cannot separate the set to sell as a replacement part. We are continuously working to improve our replacement part service for purchases made past the 1 year limited warranty. When this option is available, you will be able to make a purchase for the replacement part on the website. Please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Each marketplace have their own policy for expedited shipping service and request. For orders purchased on Amazon and Walmart with DG Casa as the seller, expedited shipping is not offered due to the size and weight of the package. All orders are processed to ship with FedEx or UPS ground with a transit time of 2-5 business days. For orders that was not purchased on Amazon or Walmart, please reach out to the marketplace seller to inquire about this service.
Due to the size and weight of the packages for our product, shipping outside of the United States is currently not offered.
