Return Policy at a Glance
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we gladly accept returns within 30 days of your receipt of the item(s), provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item(s) to be eligible for a refund.
- A modest 15% restocking fee will be applied to cover handling costs, with the remainder refunded to you promptly.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We're here to assist you every step of the way. Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund promptly, minus the applicable restocking fee.
Original Packaging
We kindly ask that you return the item(s) in their original packaging to ensure safe transit. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable packaging to prevent any damage during return shipping.
Product Eligibility and Exclusions
Only items in their original condition, with all original packaging or similar, are eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.
Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with proof of the defect (such as photographs). We will absolutely make it right and provide a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
